This is the finalized version of the player character I've been working on for 2 weeks now, a pirate player character for a short studio jam project I've worked on with other students in Game Gen. The differences between the last update post and the finalized version are cleaned up animations, new lighting and shaders, and full normal mapping on the character, as well as slight alterations to geometry around the belt and other areas. I'm super happy with how it turned out, as I feel the normal mapping really helped it come together with a higher level of detail than I was expecting on a model with a fairly conservative poly count. the final poly count on the character is around 6k faces, which met my goal of below 10k by a lot.
